<Pickup from airport>
Our driver will be waiting for the guests at the nearest arrival hall from the baggage claim area with holding the guest’s name on a sign board.
*If guests don’t show up until 1.5 hour after the actual arrival time, it’s regarded as a no show and our driver will leave the airport.
<Pickup from accommodation>
Our driver will meet the guests in front of the pickup location and the car details will be provided by email on the day before.
You may cancel the booking free of charge until 48 hours prior to the pickup time. If you cancel the booking later than 48 hours prior to the pickup time, no cancellation and refunds available.
