Our drivers speak basic English and if you need someone to deliver the message in detail, you can contact us. You get our staff’s contact number when you get the confirmation from us.
It includes car rental, driver, tolls on the way(if required on the way) and driver’s meal. For the parking fee, after dropping you off, our drivers will stay 10~15 mins away to avoid parking fee. Tips are optional.
You can pay by cash on site to the driver, credit card (online link) in advance. Please send us an email to help@seoulprivatedriver.com, if you are having trouble with Online payment system.
If you choose to cancel 2 day in advance, there’s no cancellation fee but there’s no refund if you choose to cancel on the day or a day before.
For the minivan, it’s 28,000 KRW per hour and minibus 47,000 KRW per hour. It’s applied to all the cities. At the last stop, our driver will tell you when to pick you up so that you can get to the final destination in time. However, if it gets delayed even if you took off on the advised time, there won’t be any surcharge.
It’s usually same location as drop off location so that you don’t miss each other. For each drop off locations, be advised that driver will choose the drop off location with considering the traffic, road camera(there are many places where you just get a ticket for staying more than a minute, especially in Seoul and Busan).
When you are confirmed to use our car service, you can tell us where you would like to visit then we can advise you on the logistic wise. However, on the day, if you have some time left, our driver would be happy to assist you where to visit more. Be aware that we can’t guarantee you of your satisfaction so we advise you the choose where to visit.
Airport Pick up by Minivan
The driver will wait for you with your name on the picket at the nearest arrival gate from the baggage claim area.
Airport/Hotel Pick up by Minibus
The car details will be provided on a day before and it will be advised in detail via e-mail.
